**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our successful and modern club in Tamworth, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the club's operations, including gaming, food, beverage, and functions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Manage the club's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the board, employees, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Senior management experience in the club industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of club operations, including gaming, food, beverage, and functions.
  • Experience in accounts functions and reporting.
  • Strong computer literacy, with experience in accounting, office, and gaming software.
  • Knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements in relation to clubs.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a dynamic service team.
  • Sound organisational skills.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Experience with marketing and promotions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the board.
  • Current RSA and RCG certificates.
  • Flexibility to work when the business requires.
