Bell Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bell Desk Manager to join our team at The Westin Perth. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest requests and special arrangements with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Identify and address guest needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage labor costs and rostering to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest calls, messages, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Represent property management in resolving guest-related situations, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the hotel driveway.
- Complete and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, facilitating safety training and certifications for the team.
- Experience in daily hotel operations, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
- Current WA RSA and Approved Manager card (advantageous).
- Current Driver's License is a must.
- Hospitality and OPERA experience is essential, with leadership experience preferred.
