Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Receptionist to join their team as the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. As the front desk coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting staff as they arrive for work each day, as well as interacting with various stakeholders, including consultants, project partners, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive impression for all visitors
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries in a professional and articulate manner
- Utilize various databases and systems to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized, with a focus on consistency and reliability
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position, with a strong background in customer service and communication. You will also have exposure to various databases and systems, and be proficient in using multi-line phone systems.
