Senior Clinical Services Director

This is a senior clinical leadership role, responsible for leading and managing the clinical, allied health, therapy, and lifestyle services in an aged care home.
The successful candidate will have current registration as a Registered Nurse, knowledge, and experience or qualification in Gerontic nursing, and understanding of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to ANACC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and ensuring the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Coordinating and overseeing scheduled audits and clinical indicators.
- Ensuring resident Health records and clinical documentation are relevant and up-to-date.
- Maintaining best practice guidelines for medication management.
