  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to sentence management, including creating and reviewing the Sentence Management Manual.
  • Lead governance functions on behalf of the division, encompassing parliamentary responsibilities and providing authoritative guidance to interdepartmental committees.
  • Undertake strategic projects and reviews to support the implementation of recommendations from high-level government inquiries, reviews, and investigations.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in law or public policy, along with proven ability to plan, monitor, and manage complex projects within a legislative framework. They will also be able to provide expert advice to senior executives and boards of inquiry, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
