The role of Principal Adviser requires a high level of expertise in strategic advice and exceptional project management to drive sustainable economic development and employment growth for Victoria.
Main Responsibilities- To develop policies and new program or project initiatives, utilising knowledge of government structures, processes, and culture within the sector.
- Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on policy issues and solutions within a functional area.
- Lead and coordinate projects, guiding stakeholders through the strategic planning process and creating a shared vision for the future.
To be successful, you will require:
- Policies Design and Development skills, including building strong relationships with Senior Leaders across the organisation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to build a culture of teamwork and facilitate opportunities to work with external stakeholders.
