The Women's & Children's Services Division at Western Health offers a dynamic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team.

As a key member of the Operations Team, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, Heads of Unit and Senior Medical staff. Your role will involve coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, managing budgets and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, organisational abilities and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be enthusiastic, flexible and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Manage budgets, process payments and reconcile accounts
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry
