About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Student Welfare Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and supporting education support staff, working collaboratively in a team environment, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Provide advice and support to management and other school staff.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks.
  • A sound knowledge of basic technical and/or scientific principles used to develop and adapt work methods.
  • An ability to make judgements where there are clear guidelines and limited options.
