Our team is seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to play a key role in creating well-designed project tender material.

This challenging and exciting opportunity will see you add real value to the pre-construction tender process, working closely with our internal Project and Construction team to prepare and create an enticing & persuasive project bid.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within Bid/Tender Coordination or design/documentation Administration Support, and possess intermediate to advanced level skills in core Microsoft packages.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational abilities, who can effectively handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and set priorities. Experience within the Construction or Property Industry would be a bonus.

Job Description:

A 6-month fixed contract opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our Bid team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bids in preparation for major fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate bids for major fit-out projects
  • Work closely with the internal Project and Construction team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bids
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the bidding process
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of bids

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Bid/Tender Coordination or design/documentation Administration Support
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in core Microsoft packages
  • Strong organisational abilities, with ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience within the Construction or Property Industry would be a bonus
