Mid-Senior Level Bid Writers and Coordinators

We have multiple opportunities for mid-senior level Key Bid Coordinators. These roles can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices. As a Key Bid Coordinator you will write, edit and shape clear, persuasive content working closely with bid managers to prepare high-quality submissions.
Responsibilities:- Write, edit and coordinate key bid processes including schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
- Manage competing deadlines and ensure every submission reflects the strength of our capability and value proposition.
- Experience in bid writing or a related role within infrastructure, ideally with a tier 1 or 2 contractor.
- Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Business.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exposure to high-profile pursuits, working with experienced bid managers and senior leaders.
