About us

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a People & Culture Partner. In this role, you'll work closely with our leaders to provide strategic guidance and support on all people-related matters.

As a People & Culture Partner, you'll be responsible for building leadership competency and capability through coaching, executing strategic talent management, and leading cyclical employee life cycle activities.

You'll also be the face of our People team, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, policy, and process requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in HR, with a good understanding of employee relations and experience with the talent lifecycle stages and process.

You'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Law, HR, Business, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience working in a HR business partner or equivalent role, ideally within a multi-site organisation
  • Sound knowledge of employee relations legislation
  • Experience before the Fair Work Commission conducting conciliations
