- Rethink and revive existing initiatives to ensure they continue delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions, including our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to support First Nations employment and engagement.
- Collaborate with leaders to embed workforce behaviours, inclusion, and diversity practices aligned with organisational objectives.
- Promote open communication channels and build trust across business levels.
About You:
- A results-driven approach combined with empathy and patience.
- Experience in people engagement, organisational culture, or People & Culture roles where you have delivered successful people initiatives.
- The ability to balance refreshing existing programs with designing innovative new ones.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to engage and influence at all levels.
- Confidence in using data and feedback to measure outcomes and inform recommendations.
