Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouses. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics operations management and be able to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including container packs/unpacks, pre-loads, documentation, and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients/suppliers
  • Prepare and manage warehouse budgets/costs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a logistics operations management position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership experience, preferably of a large team
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in logistics management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office suite

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring Monday to Friday attendance with some weekend availability during peak seasons.
