This role presents an opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a meaningful impact in our organization.

The successful candidate will provide expert knowledge to a large capital project focused on system implementation within the recruitment and onboarding space.

Additionally, they will support HR delivery teams with the execution of large-scale programs of work requiring process re-design.

Navigating the broader HR model and collaborating with key HR stakeholders are essential responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in HR business processes and emerging technology trends specifically within core HRIS systems for global organizations.

They should be skilled professionals with expertise in HR system implementation and change management.

Action-orientated and strong problem-solving, collaboration and decision-making skills are vital for this role.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical thinking and organizational skills are critical to success.

Able to consolidate and analyze information, with skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused approach is also required.

Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems, including SAP and Success Factors, would be beneficial.

A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes are necessary.

This is a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity based in Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide.
