Commercial Project Coordinator

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of commercial projects. We offer a chance to collaborate with a reputable contractor renowned for its collaborative team culture, supportive leadership, and commitment to professional development.
Key responsibilities include managing head and subcontractor contracts, administering contract variations, processing progress claims, RFIs, and procurement activities. Additionally, you will assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting as well as liaison with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
To succeed in this position, you should possess at least 4 years of experience in contract administration, with a proven track record on commercial new build projects valued at $10M+. Your strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
