Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving business outcomes through the effective execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate data from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data into accurate and interpretable reporting for stakeholders.
  • Support all facets of initiatives, including monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), developing project management protocols, and creating strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and deliver projects while working independently to solve complex problems.
  • Develop standardized analysis and reporting templates across the organization and serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as analytics, operations management, finance, or information systems.
  • Proficient in data analytical software tools such as Power BI, SAP, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and consensus-building skills, self-motivation, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent facilitation, verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail required.
