Medical Receptionist Part-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our practice on a part-time basis.

This role involves welcoming patients with exceptional customer service skills and providing administrative support to healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and managing the front desk reception
  • Scheduling appointments and entering patient details into the database
  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals and handling telephone calls and enquiries
  • Assisting with various ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
