As a Medical Receptionist (Casual) you are an integral part to the running of the clinic. The role includes answering the phone, booking appointments, providing key support to the doctors and delivering friendly customer service to our patients.

Hampstead Medical is a patient-focused clinic where we work as a team to provide the best health care for our patients. With four doctors, onsite pathology and Allied Health, it makes for an interesting role requiring the highest level of professionalism, accuracy and communication skills.

**About the Job**:
Aside the above important points:

- Maintaining reception and the clinic to the highest standards possible.
- Providing calm and informed assistance to patients in bookings and answering calls.
- Processing of Hicaps, Tyro and Medicare Rebates.
- Adhering to patient confidentiality in all forms.

**Must Have**:

- Willingness to deliver your best daily
- Reliable to shift times and days
- Flexible to cover shifts as needed
- Experience in the role as a Medical Receptionist specifically
- An understanding of why this is such an important role.

- Using Best Practice Software

**Salary**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
