**What we offer**

A medical receptionist at Tailored Medical can expect to join a focused and efficient team and be supported to meet the standards required. As a multidisciplinary practice, TMG provides an opportunity for medical receptionists to interact with various health professionals in a dynamic manner, ensuring there is never a dull moment

We are looking to welcome an experienced medical receptionist into a permanent part time role of 14 - 20 hours/week with flexibility to cover leave. Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.

TMG is in a conveniently central location with access to a private car park at rear of clinic and close to public transport. Full training is provided.
- Experienced with a minimum of 2 years in a multidisciplinary GP clinic
- Proficient in the use of Best Practice Software
- Possess a professional, friendly and supportive demeanour
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and autonomously, with attention to detail
- Be willing to go an extra mile for the team
- Familiar with MBS item codes
- Experienced in current COVID-19 requirements and activities within GP clinics _(desirable)_
- Familiar with RACGP 5th Edition Standard for medical reception workflows _(desirable)_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14-25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
