Job Title: Shift Planning Coordinator

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced shift planning coordinator to join our team and make a significant impact in delivering operational stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all front-line roles that work on day, afternoon, and night shift patterns. This includes leading daily master rosters, interacting with staff on site, and communicating roster changes and new shifts.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of rostering system data and partnering closely with our corporate workforce optimisation team to enable forecasting for better resource management.

  • Manage daily master rosters and lead all interactions with staff on site.
  • Ensure rostering information remains confidential as per company policies.
  • Partner with site leadership teams to ensure 24/7 facilities have adequate staff at all times.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in staff rostering is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with attention to detail both via phone, email, and in person.
  • Able to thrive working directly with operational teams and handle fast-paced roles under pressure.
