We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shift Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our care services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar high-volume staff rostering and scheduling role, with demonstrated proficiency in using software programs and IT systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering service details and administering staff intake into our software program
  • Acting as a central point of contact for Support Staff, House Team Leaders, and Care Managers during shifts
  • Developing rosters to optimize efficiency and resource utilization
  • Utilizing workforce to cover shift shortfalls and roster staff for training
  • Providing administrative support to management and staff regarding shifts
  • Maintaining accurate files and record management system
