Procurement Manager

About the Role

  • The Procurement Manager plays a key role in driving efficient and compliant procurement activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring the procurement mailbox and providing advice on procurement and contract management activities to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Collaborating with staff to undertake complex procurement activities, including tender preparation, contract documentation, and internal procedures.
  • Developing and implementing procurement policies, including creating templates and user guides.
  • Delivering training on procurement best practices, credit card use, and travel management.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and capability development for the Financial Management System.
  • Maintaining procurement registers and undertaking reporting requests.
