Strategic Marketing Lead for Loyalty and Customer Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Lead to join our team in a challenging role that focuses on loyalty and customer engagement.
This is a key position within our marketing centre of excellence, working collaboratively with numerous internal teams, including marketing strategy & planning, product, digital, advertising, data and insights teams, as well as external partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing activity aligns to our business priorities, goes out on time, adheres to business processes and meets our targets.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy and Planning team to support the development of marketing strategies in line with brand, product and customer considerations.
- Leveraging Data Insights: Use data, insights and best practice to lead the development of contact strategies and deliver end-to-end execution including content creation and approval, briefing creative and delivery teams and testing.
- Channel Management: Work across a range of direct marketing and bank-owned channels, including eDM, direct mail, CommBank, NetBank, CommBank app, online platforms, and branch merchandise, while helping to identify opportunities to support campaigns via targeted and relevant paid media where appropriate.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all communication consistently meets brand guidelines, compliance requirements and are prepared in accordance with the Marketing Chapter Area standard operating procedures.
- Performance Tracking: Utilising compelling performance insights across marketing, business and customer experience data to inform marketing opportunities and continuous improvement. Track and report on the performance of your marketing campaigns against benchmarks and wider business targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for the delivery of marketing campaigns.

- Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification, ideally with a marketing focus.
At Commonwealth Bank of Australia, we support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.
Our estimated salary for this role is AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
