Job Summary

The Landscape Apprentice position at Novaskill encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

  • General Landscaping and Maintenance: Undertake various tasks such as planting, turf laying, mulching, and site preparation to ensure a well-manicured and safe work environment.
  • Site Preparation and Construction: Set out and install both hardscape and softscape structures, including construction of gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, pergolas, barbecues, and garden furniture.
  • Groundskeeping and Maintenance: Readying lawn areas through the spreading of topsoil and planting grass or laying turf, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment on a regular basis.
  • Team Support and Development: Provide support and coordination for other team members as required or directed on-site, and develop skills on all plant and equipment.
