About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team at Paragon Care Limited. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and advocating for our ORB product range within the designated territory of NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Provide quotes, answer inquiries from customers, manage the sales process, generate leads, follow up on leads, and provide management insights on growth opportunities.
  2. Managing Stakeholders: Engage with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians, Operating Theatres, General Practitioners, and Supply Departments.
  3. Effective Territory Management: Strategically plan how you will achieve targets with a mix of promotional and other activities that build strong partnerships with key customers.

About You

We are looking for a natural salesperson with strong time management skills and an educational approach to sales. A background in pharmaceuticals sales, hospital consumables, and/or the medical device industry would be highly beneficial.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in territory management and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector and understanding of hospital procurement processes.
