The role has the potential to develop into a Head of Compliance position and ultimately take on the SMF16 responsibility further down the line. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing key Compliance advice and insight across existing international operations (UK, US, and Europe).

You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the firm's Compliance framework, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will take ownership of the planning and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan. You will also undertake horizon scanning of the regulatory landscape across all relevant jurisdictions and provide advice, training, and management updates as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Compliance specialist with previous Financial Services exposure. You will have a proven track record of designing and implementing Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures, as well as demonstrable managerial experience.
