Job Title: Middleware Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the provisioning and configuration of middleware systems, including IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Servers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in provisioning and configuration of these systems, as well as basic working knowledge of automation tools like Jenkins and CHEF.

Strong ITIL-based change, release and incident management experience in large enterprises is also required.

Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provisioning and configuration of IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Servers
  • Support for queue management activities including queue creation, modification, and troubleshooting
  • Middleware support across multiple environments
  • Collaboration with project and run teams to support application changes
Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server provisioning and configuration
  • Basic working knowledge of Jenkins and CHEF for automated deployment and configuration
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
