Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

Responsibilities
  • Lead provisioning and configuration of IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Servers, leveraging automation tools such as Jenkins and CHEF.
  • Provide hands-on support for queue management activities including queue creation, modification, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a key technical resource for provisioning tasks and middleware support across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with project and run teams to support application changes, primarily focused on configuration updates and middleware integration.
  • Support middleware environments in enterprise-scale applications.
  • Provide strong ITIL-based change, release and incident management experience in large enterprises.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management as part of daily activities.
Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server provisioning and configuration.
  • Basic working knowledge of Jenkins and CHEF for automated deployment and configuration.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Cross-skilled with MQ and application server; flexible to learn other middleware components.
