We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Enterprise Middleware Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise-level messaging and application server infrastructure.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server provisioning and configuration. They will also possess a basic working knowledge of Jenkins and CHEF for automated deployment and configuration.

Additionally, they will have proven ability to support middleware environments in enterprise-scale applications, with strong ITIL experience in large enterprises. They should also have experience using ServiceNow.

As part of our team, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Across-skilled individuals with experience in both MQ and application server administration are preferred, but not required. However, a willingness to learn other middleware components is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise middleware administration.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server provisioning and configuration.
  • Basic working knowledge of Jenkins and CHEF for automated deployment and configuration.
  • Strong ITIL experience in large enterprises, with a focus on change, release, and incident management.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
