Job Title: Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our multi-line production facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and is committed to delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our production team to understand common faults and flows, and develop solutions to improve our processes.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in fitting or equivalent experience. A background in FMCG, food, packaging, or industrial manufacturing would be advantageous. You must be confident in your ability to carry out preventative maintenance, fault finding, and mechanical fabrication.

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently;
  • Supporting multiple production lines and continuous flow equipment;
  • Fault finding and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues quickly;
  • Mechanical fabrication to repair and maintain equipment;
  • Working to safety and compliance standards at all times;
