**Casual Maintenance Opportunity**

At our residential aged care village, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our maintenance team on a casual basis.

This dynamic role involves delivering a wide range of reactive and proactive maintenance tasks around the village, including building and garden maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the village are well maintained and presentable.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification and/or extensive experience in general maintenance and gardening. A strong understanding of WH&S responsibilities and first aid is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General maintenance and handyman tasks around the village
  • Identifying, managing and resolving defects in the village
  • Maintaining all garden areas to ensure they are well kept
  • Supervising and coordinating external contractors in servicing the village

A current National Police Check and willingness to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment are requirements for this position. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
