">The Role">

As a Grounds Attendant at our coastal holiday park, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of our lush gardens, lawns, and amenities. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment.

  • Maintain immaculate presentation and upkeep of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and landscaping.
  • Provide excellent customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities, and other facilities.
  • Servicing splash park - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of public areas and facilities.
  • Assist with gardening projects or basic mechanical repairs and painting.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • First Aid Level 2 (can train if required).
  • Current CPR (can train if required).
  • National Police Check clearance upon onboarding.
  • Working with Children's Check or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools.
  • Well-developed communication and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with management in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision.
