High Impact ICU Leadership Position

The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the ICU, providing operational management and leadership of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
About This Role- This is a challenging position requiring the ability to coordinate the activity of nursing staff and associated resources efficiently.
- Collaborating with the Medical Director for ICU and the ICU Management Team, the Clinical Manager will provide evidence-based patient care and lead the ICU team effectively.
- Developing operational plans
- Ensuring service delivery meets contracted targets
- Driving service development and improvement initiatives
- Maintaining clinical standards and promoting patient safety
- Managing human resources and financial assets
- Coordinating administrative tasks
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit Management or similar roles
- Postgraduate diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent
- AHPRA Registration
- Proven ability to provide high-level leadership in complex environments
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised during periods of high demand
- Demonstrated creativity and vision to propose new initiatives and improve existing programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
