Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training experiences, creating high-quality support content, and facilitating the onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and update help articles, quick-start guides, release notes, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and delivery.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice in all documentation to reflect our brand's image.
  • Present confidently to groups (virtually and in-person) to drive engagement and build client confidence.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to produce fit-for-purpose content and fill knowledge gaps.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting practices gained through administration, bookkeeping, or client-facing roles. They should possess a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technology, software, and workflows.

A highly organized and proactive individual, you will be comfortable interacting with diverse client personalities and presenting to business leaders and user groups in a confident and professional manner.

You will be an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to simplify instructions and adjust training styles to suit different learning needs and experience levels with technology.
