Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor/Construction Manager to oversee site leads and ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of civil construction management, technical and commercial elements in civil/cement/infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities include effective on-site resource planning, deliveries, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Monitor site productivity, identify variations, and potential delays in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Implement effective Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) onsite management practices.
Requirements:
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Must be prepared to undertake pre-employment medical examination and drug/alcohol test as part of the recruitment process.
