
Flooding and Water Expertise: A Key Position for Growth

Drive and grow a team of passionate engineers focused on making innovative solutions for clients and the community.
This role is part of a national team growing in Victoria, embracing effective leadership. You will work alongside local directors and the National Water Lead in Melbourne to further grow the Victorian presence.
- Lead packages for Major Road, Rail, and Metro Infrastructure Projects, including flooding and water input into detailed design, client communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical delivery of disaster recovery projects, flood studies, risk management plans, evacuation management, and impact assessments.
- Review work of others and provide technical support to junior staff.
- Independent verification.
You will have a developed understanding of ARR2019 principles and relevant local/state legislation and policy approval pathways.
Experience with cross-drainage design principals, flood mitigation, and management for major infrastructure projects is essential.
Familiarity with 12d, DRAINS, and MUSIC software will be highly considered.
