Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Officer to assist with customer inquiries, appointment booking, and eligibility assessments in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves handling a range of matters related to participant access, payments, and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving participant matters by completing tasks as per relevant legislation
- Providing counter support for office operations, including self-help kiosk and online platform assistance
- Addressing customer enquiries, providing information, and referring customers to relevant government or community services
- Coordinating appointments using agency facilities
- Conducting research and preparing associated reports and correspondence
About the Role:
To succeed in this position, you will have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a government setting. Additionally, you will require strong skills in MS Office Suite, office administration, customer service, communication, interpersonal relations, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
You will ideally possess:
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail
