Customer Service Position

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering quality customer service, this may be the perfect role for you.

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll support our site workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base. You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a customer-friendly environment
  • Greeting customers on arrival
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customers to ensure they're satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
