About the Role- Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions, providing timely interventions when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 6 months of previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, allowing for informed decision-making.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care that prioritizes resident dignity and well-being.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
