The Nursing Partners is a leading Nursing Agency providing care professionals to the health care organizations in ACT and NSW.

We are currently seeking Casual Assistant in Nursing to work with our residential aged care facility clients across the Canberra region.

About the Opportunity

Providing care in accordance to resident individualized assessed care needs.

Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour's in a timely manner to RNs

Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes

Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services

About You

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability

Minimum of 3 month's work experience as PCA / AIN within residential aged care, home care.

Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff

Strong passion for working with the elderly

Evidence of COVID vaccinations

Working with Vulnerable People Card
