Job Type: Casual, Location: Canberra and surrounding areas

We are currently seeking compassionate care professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residential aged care facility clients across the Canberra region.

If you have a commitment to providing care and enjoy the challenge of delivering high-quality services, then this may be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care in accordance with resident individualized assessed care needs.
  • Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behavior to registered nurses.
  • Completing all activities related to residents' care documentation plans and ensuring high compliance with relevant documentation processes.
  • Participating in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability.
  • Minimum of 3 months' work experience as PCA / AIN within residential aged care, home care.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly.
  • Evidence of COVID vaccinations.
  • Working with Vulnerable People Card.
