Delivering exceptional care to elderly residents is a rewarding and challenging role that requires passion, dedication, and strong clinical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents based on individual care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, conducting regular health assessments and monitoring residents' conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery, providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, and maintaining accurate patient records.

To succeed in this role, you will need current registration as a Registered Nurse, 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality care, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
