National Account Manager role summary:

This is a commercially driven and experienced position that will lead the Woolworths and Big W accounts during an exciting phase of growth. The successful candidate will have complete ownership of these major accounts, working across iconic and global market-leading brands.

About the Job

The National Account Manager will be responsible for all interactions and communication between Woolworths stakeholders and our organization. This includes leading Range Review processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Business Manager, Customer and Commercial Marketing, Category, and Finance.

  • Delivery of KPI's, including market share, category, and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metrics
  • Develop and manage sales strategy, promotional planning, and trade spend
  • Partner with Category to understand account and customer data, to create insights and form recommendations to implement
  • Collaborate with shopper activation on plans and strategy, build, and execution
  • Create and lead business vital JBPs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree qualified in marketing, business, or equally relevant field
  • 3-5 years as National Account Manager within FMCG/Grocery, preferably with Woolworths experience
  • Must have experience working with WW's PartnerHub
  • Customer-facing, account ownership experience is essential
  • High level of financial understanding and experience managing an account P&L, including Trade Spend
