Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability and Green Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at Country Road Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of all our 5 green star sustainable stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with project initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Craft and submit all documentation verifying the sustainable nature of projects in line with 5 green star rating requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable information, updating records as necessary.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing quotes, budgets, and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain store project files and general files accordingly.
  • Proactively monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with council policies and design briefs from architects and engineers.
  • Assist in and provide guidance on all stores and Support Office maintenance.
Requirements
  • A strong passion for sustainability, ethical practices, and the circular economy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate with various levels of staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information.
  • Exposure to working within a construction, property, or real estate team within a retail environment is desirable.
