Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Coordinator to support the delivery of our 5 Green Star sustainable store projects. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement sustainable store concepts that meet 5 Green Star rating requirements
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation to verify sustainable practices and materials sourced
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including budget management and quote coordination
  • Maintain store project files and general files in a consistent and organized manner
  • Proactively follow up on construction progress to ensure alignment with council policies and design briefs
Requirements
  • Possession of strong administration and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience working within a construction or real estate team, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel background an advantage
