The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with excellent etiquette, facilitating communication within the office, and assisting with executive administrative tasks and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  2. Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  3. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
  4. Assist with executive administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports
  5. Perform clerical duties, including typing, copying, and scanning documents
  6. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  7. Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies
  8. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  1. Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  2. Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  3. Clerical Skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  7. Experience in a similar role is a plus
  8. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field
  9. Multilingual preferred due to diverse Client base
