Job DescriptionJob Title: Care Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our Home Health program, delivering in-home support services to customers in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to customers in their homes.
- Assist customers with transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Offer personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure customer and staff safety.
Requirements:
- 12 months experience in a care role and/or Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is a must.
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Sunday.
- A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, well-presented, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Vaccinated for COVID-19 with at least 2 shots.
