Job Title: Japanese Language Support Specialist

Job Description:

  • Maintain and update client records through our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data entries.
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the account opening and onboarding process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve client complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation and submission, to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Process transactions accurately and within specified deadlines, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for various stakeholders, adhering to established schedules and requirements.
  • Investigate and analyze transaction discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Assist with projects and their implementation, providing support as required.
  • Contribute to a dynamic customer support team, working rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, banking, accounting, insurance, or FinTech; prior knowledge of industry-specific software advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Japanese and strong proficiency in English.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service or operations, with a strong understanding of time management and multitasking principles.
