Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese language marketing and architecture specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a research company, translating marketing materials and liaising with internal stakeholders in both English and Japanese.

The ideal candidate will be a Japanese speaker with English ability, and a background in marketing or architecture or real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering strategic support for apartment development projects
  • Performing duties in a friendly and efficient manner, projecting a professional attitude
  • Maximising the effectiveness of communications with internal and external customers

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Basic translation of project documents
  • Presentation and document preparation in Japanese/English
  • Interpretation for internal and external meetings
  • Research and data collection to inform targets and demographics
  • Presenting project strategies to HQ in Japanese/English

Requirements:

  • Japanese language skills (native or business level)
  • Translation and interpretation skills in Japanese/English
  • Strong customer service focus and communication skills
