Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled corporate lawyer to join our Canberra-based team. As an associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including advising on shareholder agreements, corporate structuring, and mid-market M&A transactions.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative legal team. You will play a critical role in advising clients on complex commercial matters, including regulatory compliance and governance.
- Advising on shareholders agreements and corporate structuring;
- Sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
- Capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital;
- Mid-market M&A transactions;
- Regulatory compliance and governance.
We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys cutting through complexity. You should have:
- 2-5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law;
- A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks;
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions.
